About the artists:

Brother Cameron's music is a seamless fusion of hip-hop's rhythmic prowess, the improvisational nature of jazz, and the soulful melodies that touch the depths of the heart. His lyrical prowess showcases a profound understanding of the human condition, addressing themes of love, loss, self-discovery, and societal struggles. Through his introspective and thought-provoking lyrics, he invites listeners to embark on a reflective journey, encouraging them to explore their own stories and emotions.

Zondo (Abraham Mellish) is a native-born son of Liberia who was forced to immigrate to America at the age of 15 as an asylee, due to civil war. In response to this struggle, Zondo found the path of musical expression, whereby he taught himself to play instruments (especially guitar) & write songs. He fuses traditional Liberian sensibility with American folk-pop to create a unique blend of sounds that transcends boundaries by speaking directly to the heart. Whenever Zondo plays or writes, the intention is an act of healing—while the message encourages us to resonate with love in the face of adversity. His performances tend to unite people & ignite their spirits. It’s a global place where melody, rhythm, activism, & culture intertwine.

Lillie Lumina is a singer-songwriter based out of the mountains of Asheville, NC. Described as “Spirit-folk,” Lillie’s music is rich with raw emotion, powerful melodies, and heartfelt lyrics that invite listeners into a deep space within themselves. With each pristine note, she gives voice to universal experiences that connect us all. As part a movement of music and art that comes from a place of personal and collective awakening, Lillie’s performances are so much more than entertainment-they are ceremony. Her grounded presence creates a portal for the audience to experience transformation, connection, and emotional release. Her lyrics are prayers, her voice carries vibrational healing, and she sings directly to your heart.

PHUNXUE is a musical project created by keyboardist/songwriter Xue. Xue has recently moved back to Asheville after being in Boulder the last 7 years. His music combines funk and soul with blues and folk and more. Many songs are prayers and reminders for how to be in this world, while also being very much groove focused. So be ready to get your feet moving and your heart opening.
